Skyforce Acquires Draft Picks from Energy

Sioux Falls Skyforce News Release
Sioux Falls, S.D. (Nov. 1, 2013) - The Sioux Falls Skyforce announced today that the team has acquired the third and 39th overall picks in tonight's NBA Development League Draft and second round pick in the 2014 NBA D-League Draft from the Iowa Energy in exchange for forward Jarvis Varnado and the eighth round pick in the 2014 NBA D-League Draft.
The Skyforce will host its Draft party at the Sanford Pentagon (2210 W. Pentagon Pl.) tonight beginning at 5:45 p.m. Skyforce coaches, front office staff, Force Dancers and Thunder will be in attendance and several great prizes will be given away throughout the evening.
Season tickets and 12-ticket flex packs for the 2013-14 season are on sale. Discounts and benefits are available for groups of 10 or more. Single game tickets will go on sale Monday, Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. The home opener is set for Friday, Nov. 22 against the Reno Bighorns. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. CT at the Sanford Pentagon.
