Americans Look for 4th Straight Home Victory

December 3, 2022 - Western Hockey League (WHL) - Tri-City Americans News Release


The Americans and Rockets will meet tonight for the second time in their four-game season series.

Tri-City went 0-2-1-0 against Kelowna last year. Their most recent victory against the Rockets came on October 13, 2018 as the Americans won 5-4 in Kelowna.

The Rockets played in Spokane last night and fell 2-1 to the Chiefs, extending their losing streak to three games. The Americans are on a three game winning streak after doubling up on Lethbridge, 4-2, last night in Kennewick. Andrew Fan, Tyson Greenway (2), and Ethan Ernst scored for the Americans. Tomas Suchanek earned his 10th win of the season as he turned aside 26 of 28 shots faced.

Lukas Dragicevic recorded a pair of assists, extending his point streak to 18 games with six goals and 21 assists over that period.
