
Ak-Sar-Ben Knights announce post game skate

Omaha, NE - Fans of the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights will be able to meet the players right on the ice of the Civic Auditorium on Sunday, November 13th. On that night, the team will host a post-game "Skate with the Team" following their game with the Toronto Marlies. Game time is 5:00 p.m. Fans are invited to bring their skates to the game for the hour-long event. Children will be required to wear helmets as well. Fans can meet the players, take pictures and get the players' autographs.
In addition to the post-game skate, the Knights will be handing out their official 2005-2006 team photo to everyone in attendance.
Tickets for all home games are on sale weekdays at the Civic Auditorium box office from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets may also be purchased by phone through Ticketmaster at 422-1212 and at all Ticketmaster outlets. Tickets are also available on-line at Ticketmaster.com. Partial season tickets, group tickets and mini-plans are now on sale by calling the Knights at (402) 344-4625. The Knights return to the ice tonight when they visit the Peoria Rivermen at 7:30 p.m. The two teams will square off again on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. Both games can be heard on 1420 AM and on the internet at omahaaksarbenknights.com. Fans can also watch the games on line by clicking on the B2 Networks link on the Knights' web site.
Also, the Knights are reminding fans that the broadcast of their games against Hamilton on Friday, November 18th has been moved from 1420 AM to Big Sports 590 AM.
