
Admirals Release Forward Erik Johnson

NORFOLK, VA - The Norfolk Admirals have released forward Erik Johnson from his Professional Tryout Contract (PTO), Admirals General Manager Mike Butters announced today.
Johnson made his AHL debut last night with the Admirals in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and recorded one shot. Johnson will return to ECHL Wheeling where he has 12 goals and 19 assists with 37 penalty minutes in 39 games.
The Admirals will return to Scope on Friday night to face off against the Hamilton Bulldogs at 7:15 p.m.
