
P-Bruins Partner with MetLife Auto & Home, Boys & Girls Clubs

Providence, RI - The Providence Bruins are partnering with MetLife Auto & Home and the Boys & Girls Clubs to promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
On Wednesday, February 11 Providence Bruins players Adam McQuaid and Jeff Penner, along with the P-Bruins mascot Samboni and the MetLife Auto & Home mascot Snoopy will be at the Boys & Girls Club of Warwick from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The group will be there to speak with the kids about the importance of school, teamwork and good sportsmanship. Following the group discussion, the players and mascots will sign autographs and play floor hockey with the kids. This appearance is made possible by the continuing relationship between MetLife Auto & Home and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Rhode Island.
MetLife Auto & Home also donated their block of tickets for the P-Bruins game on February 13 versus the San Antonio Rampage to the Boys & Girls Club of Warwick.

Providence returns to action Friday at The Dunk for Matt Hunwick Bobblehead Night at 7:05 p.m. against the Rampage. The P-Bruins then head to the Cumberland County Civic Center Saturday to take on the Portland Pirates at 7:00 p.m. The P-Bruins wrap up the weekend at The Dunk Sunday for Kid's Hat Night at 4:05 p.m. versus the Manitoba Moose.
