Clinton LumberKings News Release
The LumberKings gave starter Kyle Rogers (6.23 ERA) an early 4-0 lead which stood up through the young right hander's tenure as he surrendered three runs on four hits and four walks, fanning five in as many innings, but Burlinton got to the Clinton bullpen for three runs over the final four and the L-Kings bats were silenced after the second inning.
Jim Fasano (.301 / .361 / .463) and Billy Susdorf each went 2-5 with a double and Andrew Wishy doubled and walked in four trips. RBI doubles by Fasano and catcher Alberto Martinez highlighted Clinton's four run second.
Daniel Touchet (0-1; 3.55) suffered the loss by allowing two runs on four hits in two innings of work.
