K-Wings Receive Forward Zach Okabe from Canucks (AHL)

January 15, 2026 - KALAMAZOO, MI - The Kalamazoo Wings, proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Vancouver Canucks, announced Thursday that the Abbotsford Canucks (AHL) have loaned second-year forward Zach Okabe to Kalamazoo. Zach Okabe, 25, is a 5-foot 9-inch, 170-pound, Okotoks, Alberta native who returns after skating in two games for the Canucks (AHL). January 15, 2026 - The American Hockey League announced today that Abbotsford Canucks defenceman Kirill Kudryavtsev has been selected to represent the Pacific Division as a member of its 2026 AHL All-Star Classic roster, presented by BMO.
