May 20, 2016 - Toledo, OH - The ECHL on Friday announced that the Eastern Conference's Toledo Walleye and the Western Conference's Colorado Eagles are the 2015-16 recipients of the League's Best Ice Award. The winners are determined in a vote of ECHL coaches, focusing on those arenas and staffs that provide the best playing surfaces in the League, including the quality of the ice, temperature of the building and surrounding dasher board system. Walleye Season Comes to a Close with a 4-1 Loss

April 26, 2016 - (Toledo, OH) Matt Caito scored for the Walleye but Reading took the series with a 4-1 game seven at the Huntington Center Tuesday night. The Royals win the series four games to three. Reading's Kevin Goumas, held without a goal in the series, started the scoring with a top shelf wrist shot at 8:06 of the first period.
