Americans Alumnus Bouchard Named U SPORTS Player of the Year
March 14, 2024 - Connor Bouchard of the Mount Royal Cougars has been named the winner of the Senator Joseph A. Sullivan Trophy as the most outstanding player in U SPORTS men's hockey. The announcement was made on Wednesday at the All-Canadian Awards Ceremony in Toronto, site of the 2024 championship tournament. Kale Margolis Signs with Tri-City
March 12, 2024 - Kennewick, WA - Tri-City Americans general manager Bob Tory announced today the team has signed 2006-born forward Kale Margolis to a scholarship and development agreement. "Kale is a big center with good puck skills, vision, and hockey IQ," said Tory. "He is very good on faceoffs. He will be a welcome addition to our team." March 8, 2024 - KENNEWICK, WA - Tri-City Americans general manager Bob Tory announced today the team has signed 2008-born defenseman David Byrne to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement. He was drafted by the Americans in the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft, 144th overall in the seventh round. "David is a solid defenseman who skates well, has good mobility and possesses good vision and puck skills," said Tory. February 25, 2024 - Kennewick, WA - In front of over 5,600 fans and on a pink ice surface, the Tri-City Americans picked up a 5-3 win over the Regina Pats Saturday night at the Toyota Center. Donning special pink jerseys for the annual Breast Cancer Awareness Night, the Americans jumped ahead early thanks to Carter MacAdams.
