The Beloit Snappers will send left handed pitcher Joe Testa to Clinton, Iowa for the 2009 Midwest League All-Star Game, which will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd.Testa earned his way onto the West roster by going 0-1 with an ERA of 1.75 in 20 appearances this season. Testa has also struck out 48 batters and only given up 17 walks.
The Minnesota Twins signed the left hander as non-drafted free agent on July, 1st 2008.
