Dayton, Ohio-The Dayton Dragons announced the following roster moves today:

Infielder Humberto Sosa has been sent from Dayton to the Cincinnati Reds extended spring training camp in Sarasota, Florida.

Catcher/first baseman Jake Long has been assigned to Dayton from extended spring training.

Sosa played in 42 games with the Dragons this season, batting .241 with one home run and 18 runs batted in.

Long has seen limited time with the Sarasota Reds in the Florida State League this season, appearing in just five games. Last season, he opened the year with the Dragons and batted .288 with no home runs and nine runs batted in, playing in 17 games. He was promoted to Sarasota and appeared in 32 games, batting .222 with no homers and seven RBI.

The Dragons roster remains at the Midwest League limit of 25 players.
