Rox Community Foundation Sets Record with over $17,000 Raised at Central MN Challenge Cup Mini Golf Event

August 26, 2025 - ST. CLOUD, MN - The Rox Community Foundation hosted its fourth annual Central MN Challenge Cup Mini Golf event, which drew record participation and fundraising. Held at Summerland Family Fun Park in Sauk Rapids, the tournament featured 36 holes across two courses. Throughout the four years of hosting this event, the Rox Community Foundation in partnership with Central Minnesota Auto Care Association has raised a total over $46,000 through the Mini Golf Event. Former Rox Infielder Bob Seymour Is 406th Northwoods League Alumni to Reach the Major Leagues

August 18, 2025 - ST. CLOUD, MN - Former Rox first baseman Bob Seymour has been called up to the Tampa Bay Rays Major League roster after four seasons in the minor leagues. Seymour is the 406th former Northwoods League player to reach the Major Leagues. Seymour, a standout on the 2018 Rox team, posted a .296 batting average and drove in 27 runs across 49 games that season. August 13, 2025 - ST. CLOUD, MN - The St. Cloud Rox (48-24) fell to the Mankato MoonDogs (40-33) 10-4, which concludes an unforgettable season for the Rox. Jaron Bleeker (University of Iowa) started the contest on the mound with a 1-2-3 inning. Joshua Dykhoff (University of Kansas) unleashed a two-run home run in the bottom of the third to pull the game back within one run at a 3-2 deficit. The Rox will take on the MoonDogs for the last time this season in playoff action on August 12 at 6:35 p.m. at Joe Faber Field.
