United Football League Returns March 28

September 17, 2024 - ARLINGTON, Texas - The United Football League (UFL) today announced its return date for the 2025 season. The UFL Kickoff Weekend begins March 28. The league's 2025 season will kick off on a new night, adding Friday night football to its spring schedule. Media partners ESPN, ABC and FOX will once again air all UFL games. Roughnecks to Play 2025 UFL Season at University of Houston's TDECU Stadium

September 12, 2024 - HOUSTON - The United Football League today announced that the Houston Roughnecks will play the 2025 season at the University of Houston's TDECU Stadium, a familiar home for the Roughnecks. Houston Roughnecks Wide Receiver Justin Hall Signs with Minnesota Vikings

August 19, 2024 - HOUSTON - The United Football League has announced that Houston Roughnecks wide receiver Justin Hall has signed with the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. Hall was the No. 3 leading receiver in the UFL in 2024, with 603 receiving yards and three touchdowns. His 56 receptions tied him for first in the UFL in 2024. He also led the UFL in yards after the catch, finishing fourth in punt return yards. Hall spent his collegiate years at Ball State, where he set the school record for receptions with 318 for ... Thomas Signs with Carolina

July 26, 2024 - ARLINGTON, TEXAS - The UFL has announced that Houston Roughnecks cornerback Kiondre Thomas has signed a contract with the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League. In 6 games this season, Thomas registered 14 tackles (11 solo) with three pass breakups and an interception for the Roughnecks. A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Thomas is one of 24 UFL players to sign an NFL contract since the conclusion of the season on June 18.
