2-Time P-MVP Gavin Yates Returns

July 26, 2024 - BINGHAMTON - The Binghamton Black Bears are proud to announce the re-signing of two-time playoff MVP, Gavin Yates. Yates is only the second player in FPHL history to have been named playoff MVP twice. Gavin has played in the FPHL for six seasons and has now won two Commissioner's Cup titles (Watertown 2018). Since joining the Black Bears franchise in the fall of 2021, Yates has skated in 113 regular season games and 14 postseason contests, third all-time in organization history. Binghamton Acquires Josh Fletcher from Blue Ridge

July 23, 2024 - BINGHAMTON - The Binghamton Black Bears have issued a trade agreement with the Blue Ridge Bobcats that will send forward, Josh Fletcher, back to the Black Bears. In return, Blue Ridge will receive FPHL playing rights to defenseman, Mathieu Boislard. Fletcher was selected 4th overall by the Bobcats in the 2024 Expansion Draft, as Blue Ridge had acquired picks from earlier trades. Anderson Re-Signs for 3rd Year in Binghamton #RunItBack

July 23, 2024 - BINGHAMTON - The Binghamton Black Bears are excited to announce the re-signing of hybrid skater, Jesse Anderson for the 2024-25. Anderson appeared in 54 games last season, plus all seven postseason contests helping the Black Bears secure their first championship title. Jesse Anderson served as an Assistant Captain for Coach Sherwood last season while predominantly playing on the blue line. July 22, 2024 - BINGHAMTON - The Binghamton Black Bears are excited to announce the return of Empire Division All-Star goaltender, Connor McAnanama for the upcoming season. McAnanama led all Binghamton net-minders last years with 19 wins and recording the only two shutouts of the seasons. In his rookie campaign, McAnanama boasted a record of 19-3-4 during the regular season. With his 729 saves, he was able to produce a .919 SV% and 2.39 GAA.
