Yeo Recalled to Hershey

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays and Head Coach Cail MacLean announced today that defenseman Dylan Yeo has been called up to the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League.

Yeo, 24, appeared in 10 games with the Stingrays this season scoring two goals and two assists for four points. During the 2009-10 campaign, the Prince Albert, SK native registered 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points in 49 games for the Stingrays and skated in five playoff contests tallying two points (1g, 1a). The 2009 ECHL Defenseman of the Year dressed in nine games with the Bears this season earning two assists.

The Stingrays return to action on Friday, January 14 against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. at the Coliseum and Sunday, January 16 at 4:00 p.m. against the Kalamazoo Wings. Friday is Trident Health Systems Night and 100.9 WAY FM Family Friday! Join the Stingrays on Sunday for Mascot Mania and Kid's Day! Kid's tickets are only $5 (walk-up only)!
