THE LEAD OFF: West Virginia's offense exploded for a season-best 13 runs in the game four victory over Greensboro on Sunday afternoon. With the Power trailing 1-0, the offense tagged the 'Hoppers for two in the second, two in the third, and a season-best seven runs in the fourth. That seven-run frame featured a two-run home run by Pablo Reyes and a two-RBI triple by Jerrick Suiter. The Power added their final two runs in the fifth thanks to back-to-back solo home runs from Tito Polo and Francisco Diaz. Alex McRae received the win thanks to his seventh quality start of the season while Sam Street earned the save with three shutout innings in relief.

ON THE HOP: West Virginia concludes the five-game set against the Greensboro Grasshoppers tonight. West Virginia is 7-4 against the Marlins Class-A affiliate and are looking for the first five-game sweep of a team since the Power swept the Delmarva Shorebirds at the end of the 2011 season. Since the two teams began play, the Power own the all-time series lead 79-71.

YOUNG KING COLE: West Virginia shortstop Cole Tucker is currently riding a team-best 12 game hit streak. Since June 4, Tucker has a .360 batting average (18-for-50). All told, Tucker is hitting .285, good for second-best on the Power team among all qualifying batters. The 18-year-old is hitting .328 this month, his best month of the season.

LUCK IS FOR LOSERS: The 13 runs by West Virginia in yesterday's victory were the most in a single game this season, surpassing the previous high of ten accomplished twice. The offensive output was the most the Power had in a single game since they scored since the 2012 season when West Virginia defeated Hagerstown 14-3 on July 30.

SUCHY ON A ROLL: Right fielder Michael Suchy added two more hits in Sunday's win and has six hits this series. June has been a great month for the Pirates' fifth round pick from last year. Suchy is hitting .345 this month and has a .987 OPS. The Power right fielder hit .222 in April and .245 in May.

NO BOLOGNA: Through four games in the second half, the Power bullpen remains stellar with 12 innings of shutout baseball. Yesterday, Sam Street worked three scoreless innings and collected four strikeouts en route to his fourth save of the year and his first since late April.

KEEP IT CLOSE: Close games have been a trademark of the Power this season. Of the 73 games the Power played, 42 are decided by two runs or less. In the 11-year history of the franchise, the most games decided by two runs or less was 67 which occurred in the 2011 season.

KELLY TO THE BIGS: Yesterday, the Atlanta Braves promoted RHP Ryan Kelly to the majors. Kelly played with the Power during the first two years of the Pittsburgh Pirates affiliation from 2009-2010. If Kelly makes his debut on Tuesday he would become the 46th player in West Virginia Power history to make an appearance in the majors.

PROMO UPDATE- JULY 4: West Virginia's Fourth of July Celebration will feature an extended version of postgame fireworks for all fans in attendance as the Power celebrate Independence Day.

POWER POINTS: West Virginia's 50 sacrifice bunts this season are the most in affiliated baseball...Taylor Gushue has 14 passed balls in 51 games, three shy of tying Angel Salome's 2007 club record...Tito Polo and Francisco Diaz went back-to-back on Sunday and it was the first time since Harold Ramirez and Edwin Espinal did it on June 8 last year.

AROUND THE ORGANIZATION: Pittsburgh fell to Atlanta 2-1 despite putting the tying run in scoring position in the ninth...A quality outing from Clayton Richard matched with a pair of RBIs by Jaff Decker and Brent Morel resulted in a 5-1 Indianapolis win over Syracuse...Altoona was swept in a doubleheader against Harrisburg, losing game one 3-2 and the second matchup 4-3...Harold Ramirez' walkoff in the 11th inning gave the Marauders a 4-3 win...The Black Bears lost to Hudson Valley 11-5
