Dayton, OH- The Dayton Bombers of the ECHL announced today that there will be free parking for all fans attending tonight's game against the Cincinnati Cyclones compliments of Wright Patt Credit Union. There will also be a Replica Jersey sale tonight at the gate three merchandise stand. The Bombers also announced that Tuesday, January 30, against the Augusta Lynx will be the second installment of 2 for Tuesdays sponsored by Prestige Ford.
The Bombers will take on the Cincinnati Cyclones tonight at the EJ Nutter Center at 7:00 p.m., doors open at 6:00 p.m. The Bombers and Cyclones will meet for the 9th time this season, with Cincinnati leading the series overall 5-3 in the previous eight meetings. The Bombers are 3-4-1 against the Cyclones after picking up a point with a 4-3 shootout loss on December 28, 2006 at Hobart Arena, in Troy, Ohio.
Tonight's game will also continue the Cricket Cup series, sponsored by Cricket Communications. The winner of the best of 12 games between the Bombers and the Cyclones at the end of the season will receive the prized Cricket Cup. In addition, every time a goal is scored by either team during the series, a $25 donation is made to the Ohio Make-A-Wish Foundation compliments of Cricket Communications. The Bombers and Cyclones have already totaled 40 goals ($1,000 donated) in their previous eight meetings.
Tuesday, January 30, at 7:00 p.m. the Bombers will host the Augusta Lynx; this will also be the second installment of 2 for Tuesdays sponsored by Prestige Ford. Fans can purchase 2 for 1 Silver Level seats and 2 for 1 hotdogs, popcorn and pretzels at the concession stands. There will also be a special one hour happy hour from 6-7pm at two concession areas. 2 for 1 ticket offer is only available at the Nutter Center box office.
Following the Bombers game against the Trenton Titans next Saturday, February 3, the Bombers will host a post game jersey auction for their game worn Blue Sweaters.
