Chicago Wolves News Release

The Chicago Wolves will host their eighth annual food drive to benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository at home games on Sat., Nov. 18; Sun., Nov. 19; Sat., Nov. 25 and Sun., Nov. 26.

Each fan who brings a canned good or non-perishable food item to one of the games will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win lunch with Wolves forwards Sean McMorrow and Jared Ross.

"This is an important drive for us every November, and we look forward to trying to collect even more canned goods than we did last year," said Wolves Executive Director of Operations, Courtney Mahoney. "We know that every item we collect makes a difference, so we encourage our fans to continue their tremendous support of this endeavor."

Last year, the Wolves collected 2,570 pounds of food at five home games, which provided 1,932 meals for those in need. Overall, the team has donated nearly 7,000 pounds of food in the last seven years.
