Des Moines, Iowa - The Iowa Wolves, the NBA G League affiliate of the Minnesota Timberwolves, announced the team has acquired forward Brandone Francis and returning rights forward Jaylen Johnson.
Francis (6-5, 215), finished his collegiate career at Texas Tech University, appearing in 75 games over two seasons for the Red Raiders. The forward matched a career-high in the 2019 national championship game by scoring 17 points against the Virginia Cavaliers.

In a subsequent move, Iowa waived guard Marquise Moore, who appeared in one game this season.
Iowa continues its five-game homestand with a home contest on Wednesday evening against the South Bay Lakers at 7:00 p.m.
