
Wolf Pack Reduce Roster by Two

HARTFORD, October 2, 2008: Hartford Wolf Pack general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the team has released forward Ben Nelson and defenseman Kyle Radke from its training camp roster. The two players will join the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL.
Those moves leave the Wolf Pack with 42 players on the training camp roster:

The Wolf Pack continue their preseason schedule tomorrow night, Friday, October 3rd, as they take on the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at the Northford Ice Pavilion in Northford, CT in a 7:00 game.
The second of the Pack's two home preseason contests takes place this Sunday, October 5th at Champions Skating Center, located at 6 Progress Drive in Cromwell, CT. Faceoff for that game is 4:30 PM, and admission is $5. Proceeds benefit Connecticut Clippers Youth Hockey.
The Wolf Pack drop the puck on their 2008-09 regular season Saturday, October 11th, with a home game at the XL Center vs. the Springfield Falcons. That game is "Everyone's a Kid Night", meaning that all fans, regardless of age, can purchase tickets at the kids' price of $10 each. Tickets are on sale at the XL Center box office and all Ticketmaster locations, including Macy's at the Buckland Hills Mall and at the Westfarms Mall.
