Wisconsin Herd News Release
The Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, obtained the returning player rights to Greg Whittington from the Sioux Falls Skyforce in exchange for Wisconsin's 2019 first round draft pick.
Whittington (6-8, 212 pounds) played two seasons with the Sioux Falls Skyforce (2015-17), averaging 13.8 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.8 steals per game. During the 2017-18 season, Whittington saw action in 18 games (13 starts) with Levanga Hokkaido in Japan, averaging 11.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.8 assist in 18.6 minutes per contest.
