For the "Day with Jimmy Sharrow" event, Jimmy will pick up the boy, accompanied by a parent or guardian, at his house on the morning of Thursday, April 9 and take him to the Rockford MetroCentre for the Rockford IceHogs practice. After practice, the winning bidder will get a tour of the locker room and meet the team. After the game, the players' game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off of their backs to benefit the IceHogs Charitable Foundation and its beneficiaries including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Boys and Girls Clubs, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of the Rock River Valley and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
At Sharrow's request, any money raised on this item will go to Susan G. Komen For The Cure, an organization focused on fighting breast cancer.

The silent auction will begin when doors open at 5:30 p.m. and end at the start of the third period. Winners will be announced over the public address system inside the arena and are encouraged to pick up their items by the end of the game.
