
Win a Car at Friday's Stingrays Game

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays, along with Saturn of North Charleston, the Special Olympics and 98x, announced the make and models of this years annual "Used Car Give Away".
This year's giveaway features "Winner's Choice" with two cars for the winner to choose from. One lucky fan at Friday's game will win either a 1998 black Volvo S70 or a 2001 burgundy Saturn SL1. To enter, fans can simply stop by the Special Olympics tables on the concourse at the game and sign-up to win. The car will be given away during the second intermission.
Catch a sneak peek of this year's models on Tuesday, Jan. 15th as both cars will be at the North Charleston Coliseum for a special test drive prior to the Stingrays game against Augusta from 5-7pm. While there, fans can make a donation to Special Olympics and enter for their chance to win the car on Friday night. Winner must be present on Friday to win.
Fans also have one more chance to check out the cars up close and enter the contest early at the 98x Test Drive Friday night from 5-7pm before the game. Both test drives will take place in Parking Lot A.
Fans can purchase tickets to Friday's game and support Special Olympics by clicking here and entering the password Bocce. Four dollars from every ticket purchased will go to Special Olympics.
Come out on Tuesday and Friday to take the wheels for a spin and raise some money for the Special Olympics. For more information on the test drives, please contact the Stingrays front office at 744-2248.
The Stingrays return to action tomorrow night at the North Charleston Coliseum as the team hosts the Augusta Lynx at 7:05 p.m. The game will be broadcasted live on ESPN Radio 910 the Team beginning at 6:50 p.m. with the Benito's Pre-game Show.
