Greenville, SC: Today the Road Warriors announced Jason Wilson has been reassigned to the Connecticut Whale by the New York Rangers.

Wilson, 22, scored one goal and added four assists to go along with 53 penalty minutes in 20 games with the Road Warriors this season. He joined Greenville on November 29th after missing the first 17 games in Connecticut due to an injury. The Richmond Hills, Ontario native ranks fourth all time on the Road Warriors with 155 penalty minutes. Wilson was drafted in 2010 by the New York Rangers in the fifth round, 130th overall.

Greenville hosts Gwinnett next Thursday night at 7 p.m. Throwback Thursday returns and features $2 beers, hot dogs, pretzels and fountain drinks presented by 93.3 The Planet. Students who present their Student ID at the Box Office receive $5 tickets in the Value Green section. Greenville returns home on Saturday for another game against Gwinnett at 7 p.m. The first 1,500 fans receive a Road Warriors Car Flag presented 92.5 WESC and Fox Carolina!
