Puck Drop at 4pm from Westoba Place. Fans are welcome to bring their skates to the game for a postgame family skate with the Wheat Kings.

Last Game:.The Marty Murray Era continued with a Teddy Bear Toss victory Saturday night. It was a 2-1 victory for the Wheat Kings with Nate Danielson scoring the Teddy Bear Toss goal in the 2nd frame. Danielson would add an assist on the game winning goal which would be scored by Brett Hyland. Danielson became the 5th Wheat Kings player to score a Teddy Bear Toss Goal in the 2nd period. After that every other Teddy Bear Toss goal in Wheat Kings history was scored in the first period.
Dec 11th VS Calgary: The Wheat Kings welcome the Calgary Hitmen to Westoba Place Sunday afternoon. Last time these two clubs met was the beginning of the BC Road trip when the Wheat Kings edged the Hitmen 3-2. It was a game where the Wheat Kings relied on Carson Bjarnason who stopped 41 of 43 shots earning second star of the game. Jake Chiasson's two point night earned him 1st star. The Hitmen come into this game after suffering a tough 5-2 loss at the hands of the Regina Pats even though they were able to put up 40 shots.
Who's Hot: Forward Nate Danielson has been stellar as of late scoring 22 points in his last 13 games. Danielson is also on a 13 game point streak. Nolan Ritchie has 11 points in his last 8 games. Calder Anderson has 11 points in his last 9 games. Brett Hyland is on a 5 game goal scoring streak.
