LANSING, Mich. - Richard Urena has been added to the Eastern Division All-Star roster, announced by the league office Friday afternoon, replacing Bowling Green infielder Coty Blanchard.

The shortstop Urena joins first baseman Rowdy Tellez, center fielder Anthony Alford, designated hitter Ryan McBroom, and pitcher Shane Dawson as Eastern Division All-Stars.

The 51st Midwest League All-Star Classic will be held at the Peoria Chiefs' Dozer Park on June 23rd.

Urena, 19, is the youngest player on the Lansing Lugnuts and leads MWL shortstops 35 RBIs. He leads the Lugnuts with seven home runs.

The Eastern Division-leading Lugnuts (32-22) play the final game of a three-game series against the Burlington Bees at 7:05 p.m. Friday at Cooley Law School Stadium.
