Tyler Shelast Reassigned To Idaho

DALLAS, TX - Dallas Stars General Managers Brett Hull and Les Jackson announced today that forward Tyler Shelast has been reassigned to the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL.

Shelast, a 23-year-old native of Kelowna, British Columbia played in three games with the Bulldogs this season. Following the completion of his collegiate career last season, the 6-foot-1, 202-pound winger competed in 11 games with the now defunct Iowa Stars of the AHL recording two points (one goal, one assist). During four seasons with the Michigan Tech Huskies, Shelast registered 87 points (51 goals, 36 assists) in 151 games from 2004-2008.

The Hamilton Bulldogs host their North Division rival the Rochester Americans for back-to-back games on Saturday, November 15th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday November 16th, at 4:00 p.m. at Copps Coliseum.
