Ty Rimmer Returns to Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. - The Bakersfield Condors have reassigned goaltender Ty Rimmer to ECHL affiliate, the Norfolk Admirals.

Rimmer, 23, did not appear in any games during his most recent call-up; however, he appeared in one game for the Condors this season, a 5-3 victory on Dec. 26 over the Stockton Heat in which he saved 21 of 24 shots for his second career AHL win. He returns to Norfolk where he is 13-13-1-1 on the year with a 3.03 goals-against average and .910 save percentage.

The Admirals are back at Scope Arena this Thursday, Mar. 3rd, to face the Adirondack Thunder at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are available at the Scope Box Office, ticketmaster.com, and charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000.
