MIDLAND, Mich. - Due to current field conditions and the impending weather forecast, Tuesday night's game at Dow Diamond has been cancelled. The game was scheduled to be the second in a three-game series between the Great Lakes Loons (2-3) and the Lake County Captains (1-4).

The game has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader for Wednesday, April 10. Gates will open at 12:00 p.m. with the first pitch scheduled for 1:05 p.m. Game two of the doubleheader will be the official make-up game, with both games slated for seven innings.

Fans that purchased tickets for Tuesday's rainout may exchange them at the Dow Diamond box office for tickets to any remaining Loons regular season home game, based on availability.

Zachary Bird, who was scheduled to start on Tuesday, is the probable starter for Great Lakes on Wednesday. The Captains will likely send Luis DeJesus to the hill.

The Great Lakes Loons are a seventh-year Single-A partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers. For tickets and more information about the Loons, visit Loons.com or call 989-837-BALL.
