Captains and Loons Game Postponed on Tuesday

Lake County Captains News Release


(Midland, MI) - The Lake County Captains game against the Great Lakes Loons, which was scheduled for Tuesday has been postponed due to inclement weather. The make up date is schedule for April 10th as part of a double header. The first game of the twin bill is scheduled to start at 1:05PM, with the second game starting a half hour after game one is over. Both games are scheduled for seven innings.

Game One's pitching matchup will feature RHP Luis Dejesus (0-0,6.75) for the Captains vs. RHP Zachary Bird (0-0,0.00) for the Loons. Game Two's probable's are LHP Ryan Merritt (0-1,1.80) for Lake County and RHP Angel Sanchez (0-1, 11.75) for Great Lakes.

The double header will conclude the three game series at Great Lakes and the Captains will head to Fort Wayne, Indiana to take on the Tincaps for a four game series beginning on Thursday Night at 7:05 PM.
