Travs Rally for First Win; Bullpen Shines

Frisco, TX - Four relievers combined to throw five shutout innings and the Arkansas Travelers rallied from three runs down for their first win of the season, 5-3 over the Frisco RoughRiders. Collin Kober (1.2 IP), Ben Onyshko (1.1 IP), Travis Kuhn (IP) and Michael Stryffeler (IP) combined for six strikeouts and no walks in blanking the Riders as Arkansas scored the final five runs of the contest. Kaden Polcovich led the offense with three runs batted in while Zach DeLoach and Patrick Frick each had two hits and a walk.

Moments That Mattered

* Down a run with two outs in the sixth, Kaden Polcovich laced a two strike double past the right fielder to score a pair and put the Travs on top.

* With the tying runs on and two out in the ninth, shortstop Connor Hoover stopped a hot shot while falling down and then threw to second, while seated, to get a force out and end the game.
