Fitz-Gerald Hits Go-Ahead Blast in 8th of Comeback Win

June 25, 2026 - North Little Rock, AR - Hunter Fitz-Gerald hit a tiebreaking two-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning and the Arkansas Travelers went on to defeat the San Antonio Missions, 8-5 on Wednesday night. The Travs had seen an early three-run lead disappear and trailed by a run at the seventh inning stretch before rallying late. Michael Arroyo and Connor Charping had two hits a piece including a double. Jimmy Kingsbury fired 2.1 shutout innings of relief and Teddy McGraw tossed a scoreless eighth to pick up the victory. ... San Antonio Stifles Arkansas in Series Opener

June 23, 2026 - North Little Rock, AR - The San Antonio Missions took the opener of the second half of the season from the Arkansas Travelers, 7-1 on Tuesday night. Charlie Pagliarini homered for Arkansas but the Travs were playing catch up all night. Tirso Ornelas homered twice in the first three innings as the Missions built an early lead. Eric Yost threw six innings of one-run ball to earn the win and then two relievers combined for three perfect frames to finish it off. Michael Morales was tagged with the loss. Kade Anderson Wins 3rd Straight TL Weekly Award, 4th Overall

June 22, 2026 - Arkansas Travelers pitcher Kade Anderson was honored as the Texas League Pitcher of the Week for June 15-21 it was announced today by Minor League Baseball. It is the third consecutive week that he claims the award and fourth overall this season. Anderson fashioned his fifth consecutive scoreless start holding the Frisco RoughRiders to just two hits and a walk over six innings with eight strikeouts. Travs Fall to Frisco in First Half Finale

June 21, 2026 - Frisco, TX - Hunter Fitz-Gerald homered and Adam Leverett threw a strong start of five innings but the Arkansas Travelers came up short on Sunday night, falling 3-1 to the Frisco RoughRiders. The Travs never led in the game. Leverett surrendered only two runs over five frames.
