Tracey Kelusky helps Lakers win 2006 Mann Cup

Calgary, AB - Calgary Roughnecks captain Tracey Kelusky helps the Peterborough Lakers win the 2006 Mann Cup. Roughnecks top scorer Lewis Ratcliff and newly acquired Nolan Heavenor played for the defeated Victoria Shamrocks.

Kelusky, 31, a Peterborough, ON native helped his home town win the 2006 Mann cup playing in 5 games scoring 17 points (3 goals, 14 assists) along with 4 penalty minutes for the Lakers. The 5'8" 180lbs. forward will return to the Roughnecks for his fifth season as the Roughnecks captain.

Ratcliff, 25, a Victoria, BC native played for his home town scoring 18 points (10 goals, 8 assists) along with 6 penalty minutes for the Shamrocks during the 2006 Mann Cup finals, tying fellow team-mate Dan Dawson of the Arizona Sting for first in team scoring. The 6'1" 210 lbs. forward is returning to the Roughnecks going into his fifth season as the their leading scorer for the past three seasons.

Heavenor, 24, played in 5 games for the Victoria Shamrocks scoring 9 points (4 goals, 5 assists) along with 3 penalty minutes. Nolan played in 5 games in the 2006 NLL season with the Swarm collecting 4 points (3 goals, 1 assist) and 14 loose balls in his rookie season. The 5'9" 180lbs. Victoria, BC transition player was acquired from the Minnesota Swarm in exchange for a second round draft pick (23rd overall) and third round draft pick (31st overall) in the 2006 Entry Draft.
