Top Seeded Jam to Play Austin Toros in First Round of NBA D-League Playoffs

BAKERSFIELD, April 7, 2013 - The West Division champion Bakersfield Jam, the No. 1 seed in the upcoming NBA Development League Playoffs, selected the sixth-seeded Austin Toros as their opponent in the first round of the 2013 NBA D-League playoffs. The series will tip off on Thursday, April 11, at 5:30 p.m. PST at Austin. Game 2 and 3 (if necessary), will be played at Bakersfield on Sunday, April 14 at 7 p.m. PST and Monday, April 15 at 7 p.m. PST, respectively.
The Jam are 2-0 against the Toros this season, winning both games at the home at the Dignity Health Event Center on February 1 (115-109) and on February 2 (107-83).
The winner of this series will face the winner of the series between the fourth-seeded Canton Charge and the seventh-seeded Tulsa 66ers.
