Canton and Tulsa Set to Meet in Opening Round of 2013 NBA Development League Playoffs

For the second time in as many seasons of existence, the Canton Charge has secured an NBA Development League playoff appearance ! Owned and operated by the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Charge are ready to make another post season run for a shot at the NBA Development League Championship title with the support of their fantastic fan base and the city of Canton.

The East Division Champion Charge have drawn the Tulsa 66ers in the opening round of the 2013 NBA D-League Playoffs. Game 1 of the best-of-three game series will be in Tulsa on Wednesday, April 10th at 8:00 p.m. Canton will host Game 2 at the Memorial Civic Center on Friday, April 12th at 7:30 p.m. If necessary, the deciding Game 3 will also be in Canton on Sunday, April 14th at 3:00 p.m.

The first 1,000 fans in attendance for Game 2 in Canton will receive special Charge thundersticks presented by the Canton Repository. Be heard and cheer on your Charge as they make another exciting playoff push!
