Adam Edinger has owned the Express with seven goals and 11 points in just four games against the Express this season. "Player of the Week â Marco Charpentier":
Right wing Marco Charpentier (4 goals, 2 assists) registered at least one point in all three games last weekend in helping the Titans to a 2-1 record. He notched his first professional hat trick in last Wednesday night's 8-3 win over Reading. On Friday night he had two assists in the 6-1 win in Johnstown, and he scored a goal on Saturday night in Richmond.
Bertoli Sets Franchise Point Streak:
Left wing Scott Bertoli has been on a torrid point pace since returning to the lineup on January 3rd and has set a career and Titans' franchise point streak with at least one point in 16 consecutive games. During the streak Bertoli has netted seven goals and 18 assists. He totaled four points in three games last week (1 goal, 3 assists). Bertoli broke his own streak and the previous franchise record point streak of 15 games set during his rookie season (1999-2000), in which he totaled 25 points (4 goals, 21 assists).
"Edinger Continues To Lead In All Situations":
Center Adam Edinger has been consistent all season long for the Titans. He currently is riding a four-game point streak (2 goals, 5 assists), which is the fourth time this season he has had a point streak of four games or more this season. Edinger leads the squad with 16 multiple point efforts, 28 goals, (14 power play, 5 short-handed), 29 assists and 57 points. Always known as a power play specialist, Edinger has shown better numbers in even and equal strength situations since January 24th (post-All-Star Break). He has seven goals, five of which have been even strength, and three game-winning goals.
