Three Rapids Players Receive Call up Ahead of USMNT Match with Bosnia and Herzegovina

U.S. Soccer and Gregg Berhalter announced on Friday morning they are calling up 26 players to BioSteel training camp in Carson, California, ahead of USA-Bosnia and Herzegovina on December 18th. Rapids' midfielders Kellyn Acosta, Cole Bassett, and defender Auston Trusty are among those 26 athletes listed.
Acosta has remained a steadfast presence for the national team this year, recording 20 caps. Bassett and Trusty have both received senior team call ups in the past but have yet to make appearances.
Kickoff for the USA's final match of 2021 is set for 5:15 p.m. PT (6:15 p.m. MT), and the match will be broadcast on FS1, UniMás and TUDN). Fans will be able to follow via Twitter @USMNT, Instagram @USMNT, Facebook, and the official U.S. Soccer App.
