Roster Notes
Morgan Whittaker and Donvan Phillip, both goalscorers from the Rapids' most recent 3-3 contest with Seattle Sounders, return to the Starting XI.
Paxten Aaronson features on the Starting XI once again after providing assists to both of Whittaker's goals in the recent matchup with the Sounders, marking four goal contributions in his last three MLS appearances (2g, 2a).
Defender Jackson Travis returns to the Starting XI for the first time since May after battling injury.
Colorado Rapids 2 midfielder Chris Aquino, is receiving his third Short-Term Agreement of the 2026 MLS season.
Rapids 2 midfielder Jonathan De La Fuente has also received a Short-Term Agreement for Saturday night's match, his first of the season and his career. Per the 2026 MLS Roster Rules and Regulations, a club may sign a player, aged 25 or younger during the league season, from its affiliate (MLS NEXT Pro) to a maximum of four Short-Term Agreements (up to four-day contracts) each season (maximum of 16 days).
