The IronPigs currently sit a half game behind Pawtucket for first place in the IL North and can move head of the PawSox with a win tonight.
PITCHING MATCHUP
Brandon Leibrandt looks to continue his scoreless streak tonight against Pawtucket. He is opposed by Marcus Walden for the Red Sox. Brandon Leibrandt has yet to allow a run this season in his seven appearances. He has made two starts and in 18 innings has held opponents to a .136 BA. Marcus Walden made his Major League debut this season after 11 years in the minors; he is making just his first AAA start of the season after eight big league relief appearances.
LAST GAME
Cole Irvin (2-1) sliced through the Pawtucket Red Sox offense Monday while the IronPigs provided just enough run support early on to secure a 4-1 victory at Coca-Cola Park.
Cowgill broke out of a recent slump, going 2-for-4 with an RBI, while Rickles also went 2-for-4 to extend his hitting streak to five games. The IronPigs had eleven hits, all of them singles. Click here for a full recap.

The IronPigs own a 70-80 (.467) record all-time vs. the Red Sox including 9-9 last year.
Lehigh Valley took the first game of series from the PawSox last night and currently lead the season series 2-1.
