The Circus is Coming to FirstEnergy Park

LAKEWOOD, N.J. - The circus is back at FirstEnergy Park! The Lakewood BlueClaws will host the Cole Bros. Circus of the Stars for the second straight year on Friday August 8th, Saturday August 9th, and Sunday August 10th.

Featuring thrilling aerial acts, clowns, jugglers, acrobats, a human cannonball, and much more, the circus provides an exciting day of fun for an entire family. The circus also features a series of shrewdly trained animals, exciting and interesting fans of all ages.

"We are always looking for ways to bring the best family entertainment to our fans," said BlueClaws General Manager Geoff Brown. "The circus was a huge success last year and we are excited to be bringing them back once again."

Tickets are on sale now at the FirstEnergy Park box office or by calling 732-901-7000. Order in advance and receive a $5 discount on adult tickets.

There are three seating areas available: VIP, Reserve, and General Admission. Children under 13 are free in the General Admission seating area when accompanied by a paying adult.

The Cole Bros. Circus of the Stars all takes place under a 25,000 square-foot crimson and gold Big Top tent.

With the BlueClaws on the road that weekend there will be seven shows total over the three days, with two on Friday (4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.), three on Saturday (1:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.) and two on Sunday (1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.).

Lakewood welcomes the Greenville Drive, the Class A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, for the first and only time this season starting on Friday, July 11.
