Charleston RiverDogs News Release
CHARLESTON- The Charleston RiverDogs will host their second annual Spotlight Game featuring the Summerville Little League on Saturday, July 19th at Boundary Field at the Summerville Sports Complex scheduled for a 10 a.m. first pitch.
This year's contest features the two 7/8 year old coach pitch All-Star teams from the Summerville Little League.
Although the scene is certainly set for a wonderful afternoon of little league baseball, this will not merely be your run of the mill youth baseball game. The RiverDogs promotional crew will be in attendance to perform their wacky in-between innings promotions to provide a big-league atmosphere.
RiverDogs Public Address announcer Ken Carrington will be on hand, as well, with his innovative style and booming voice to further add to the fun-filled day.
