
Thang Recalled by Nashville

Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Ryan Thang from the Milwaukee Admirals. In addition, the Admirals have assigned forward Joel Champagne to the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL and recalled forward Ben Ryan from Cincy.
Thang leads the Admirals in goals (5) and is tied for third in the AHL in plus/minus rating (+8). In his second professional season, the third-round selection (81st overall) in the 2007 Entry Draft also ranks third on Milwaukee with six points in seven games. The Chicago native is expected to make his NHL debut tonight against the Blackhawks at the United Center.
Ryan has a pair of goals and an assist in three games with the Cyclones this season. He skated in two games with Milwaukee last year after completing his career at the University of Notre Dame. Champagne played in seven of the Admirals eight games this season and did not record a point.
The Ads are off until Friday, November 4th when they host the Charlotte Checkers for the first time at the Bradley Center. Puck drops at 7:00 pm.
