Time: 7 p.m. at Van Andel Arena (doors open at 6 p.m.).
Teddy Bear Toss: Fans are encouraged to bring new store-tagged teddy bears and stuffed animals to throw onto the ice after the Griffins score their first goal. The Griffins' annual Teddy Bear Toss is the largest supplier of teddy bears to Hug-A-Bears of Kent County.
Buy a Teddy at the Game: In conjunction with the annual Teddy Bear Toss, Noah's Ark will be selling teddy bears on the concourse for $10. In addition, for each teddy bear sold during the game, Noah's Ark will donate $1 to Hug-A-Bears of Kent County.
Locks of Love: Participants willing to donate their hair to Locks of Love in a ceremony during one of the intermissions are still needed and will be accepted all week leading up to the game. All participants will receive a free hair makeover courtesy of Douglas J Aveda Institute. Call (616) 774-4585 ext. 3047 to participate.
