Phoenix RoadRunners News Release

PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Phoenix RoadRunners of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the Phoenix Coyotes and the San Antonio Rampage, have traded defenseman Stuart Kerr to the Long Beach Ice Dogs in exchange for future considerations.

Kerr, 22, was acquired by the RoadRunners on Nov. 9 from Pensacola in exchange for forward Travis Lisabeth and defenseman Nikita Korovkin, but did not appear in any games.

In other transactions, the RoadRunners have activated forward Joe Dusbabek off the three-day injured reserve, and have placed forward Tommy Maxwell on the three-day injured reserve and forward Liam Lindstrom on the seven-day injured reserve.

The RoadRunners host the Long Beach Ice Dogs at 7:11 p.m. Saturday at US Airways Center for the second annual "Teddy Bear Toss". Bring a teddy bear with you to the game and toss it onto the ice when the RoadRunners score their first goal. All teddy bears collected will be donated to the Head Start Program of Maricopa County just in time for the holiday season. Stuffington Bear Factory will also be out in the US Airways Center concourse selling teddy bears for $5. Following the game, skate off your Thanksgiving turkey and join your favorite RoadRunners out on the US Airways Center ice for a FREE Post-Game Skate. A limited quantity of skates will be available to rent free of charge. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Individual game tickets for the 2006-07 regular season start as low $7 in the lower section and can be purchased at the US Airways Center Box Office and at all Ticketmaster outlets including Ticketmaster.com.

Information on season tickets, half-season packages, and flex plans are available by calling (602) 462-GOAL.
