
Storm Acquires Draft Picks from Saginaw

(GUELPH) The Guelph Storm Hockey Club has announced that they have acquired Saginaw's 8th round pick in the 2013 OHL Priority Selection and a number of conditional picks in exchange for centreman Carlos Amestoy. If Amestoy ends up playing in the OHL, Saginaw's 8th round in 2013 is exchanged for Saginaw's 7th in 2013, their 5th in 2012 and their 4th in 2014.
Amestoy was drafted in the 8th round, 153rd overall, by the Storm in the 2008 OHL Priority Selection. He is currently playing NCAA for the University of Maine and is in his second season.
