Stingrays Trade Forward Colin Mulvey to Cyclones

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 23 seasons in the Lowcountry and proud affiliate of the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL), announced they have traded forward Colin Mulvey to the Cincinnati Cyclones for future considerations.

Mulvey, 25, had registered 22 points (11 goals, 11 assists) in 37 games with the Stingrays. He was previously a member of the Cyclones during the 2013-14 season, scoring

five points (two goals, three assists) in seven games.

The Stingrays also announced today that they have released defenseman Jordan Ciccarello. He had skated in nine games with the Stingrays, scoring one goal.

The Stingrays visit the Thunder today and Saturday at 8:05 p.m. Fans are encouraged to head to King Street Grille-Northwoods for the Official Watch Party featuring select $3 drafts.
