
Steelheads sign another defenseman

BOISE, Idaho - The Idaho Steelheads announced today they have added Erik Schwanz to the roster.
Twenty-one-year old Schwanz is 6-foot-3, 205-pounds and a Michigan native. The rookie defenseman last played for the Ontario Hockey League's (OHL) Sarnia Sting. In 61 games played this season, he scored 3 goals, 16 assists and racked up 93 penalty minutes. Prior to Sarnia, he played three seasons with the Brampton Battalion, also of the OHL.
