DES MOINES, IA - The Iowa Stars, in conjunction with KPWB, are proud to announce their Electronic Media Award (EMA) in the Television category.
The jointly shared award with KPWB was in the Entertainment and Recreation category of the Television division and for commercials produced by a TV station for under $1000. "We're excited that the Central Iowans in Radio and Television (CIRT) group recognized the creative efforts of one of our great partners in KPWB", commented Stars President John Pettit. "Right from the start, KPWB has been great in helping us spread the word about the Iowa Stars and this award recognizes their efforts".

NEXT GAMES: The Stars continue their road trip with games in Manchester, New Hampshire on the 15th, Rochester, New York on the 17th and finally wraps up the trip with a Sunday, March 19th game in Toronto. Iowa returns home for three games on Saturday, March 25th against Houston, Sunday the 26th and Tuesday the 28th against San Antonio. Doors open for all games, one-hour before face-off.
