Kozak off to Charlotte

Hartford, March 15, 2006: Hartford Wolf Pack general manager/head coach Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the parent New York Rangers have reassigned forward Rick Kozak to the Charlotte Checkers of the ECHL effective today.

In 17 games with Charlotte, Kozak has three goals and five assists for eight points, along with 35 penalty minutes. Kozak played in three games with the Pack this season and registered four penalty minutes.

The Wolf Pack return to action tonight with a visit to Philadelphia (7:05 faceoff). After that, the Wolf Pack head to Norfolk to take on the Admirals two nights in a row on Friday (7:15 p.m.) and Saturday (7:15 p.m.).
