Snappers to Treat Fans During Playoff Run

BELOIT, WI - The Beloit Snappers are headed for the 2013 Midwest League Playoffs after capturing the First Half Western Division Championship. Now, with the postseason right around the corner, the Snappers want to treat the fans to more than just extra baseball this September.
The Snappers first playoff game is scheduled for Thursday, September 5th at 6:30pm. For the entirety of Beloit's playoff run, there will be special offers at Pohlman Field. During every playoff game, fans can enjoy fountain sodas and 12 ounce drafts of beer for just $1. Also, all food items at Pohlman Field will be half-price.
Due to the Snappers final regular season home game being rained out on August 30th, the all fans holding tickets for Friday's game will be able to redeem them for tickets to Thursday's playoff game or for any 2014 regular season Snappers home game. Also due to the rainout, all of the events that were scheduled for Friday's Fan Appreciation Night are being moved to Thursday's contest. The Snappers will treat their fans to giveaways all night long as the organization takes the time to say thank you to all those who've supported the team this year. The winners will be announced for the Mega Raffle and Welder's Supply will close out the evening with postgame fireworks.
